Howdy guys, 

Hope you all good, so are you excited for another recipe? Yeah! I am sharing you another recipe that I tried yesterday. That is Veggie Cheese Sandwich. It’s simple, tasty, and easy to make on weekends. So let’s go. 

Here’s the list of Ingredients. 

1. Lettuce 

2. Red Cabbage 

3. Bell Peppers 

4. Onion 

5. Tomato 

6. Sandwich Spread 

7. Amul Fresh cream 

8. Salt 

9. Black pepper Powder 

10. Red chilli (acc. to your Taste) 


First of Finely chop all the vegetables and add into a bowl now add 2-3 spoons of Sandwich Spread (You can use Mayonnaise also).

Now add fresh cream ( This is optional )

Now add salt, black pepper powder acc. To taste. Mix it well. 

Now Heat the pan and start spreading material on bread slices and grate cheese on bread slices. Put the bread slice in the pan and cover it with a lid so that cheese melts properly. Now take another bread slice and grate cheese on it Put this bread slice on another slice which is in the pan. Cook the bread slice from both sides properly. You can apply butter if you want. Now when the sandwich is properly cooked cut into a triangular shape and serve it with tomato ketchup and green Sauce. You can add chilli sauce if you like spicy food. Veggie Salad

 I am back with another simple and amazing Recipe. Its a veggie salad. Guys believe me its an simple, amazing and healthy recipe that you should try this at home. So here’s the list of Ingredients 


  1. Lettuce 
  2. Broccoli 
  3. Onion 
  4. Tomato 
  5. Bell Pepper’s 
  6. Red Cabbage 
  7. Tofu or “Soya Paneer”
  8. Salt 
  9. Black Pepper Powder 
  10. Mayonnaise 
  11. Tomato Ketchup


Roughly Chop the Lettuce, broccoli, Red Cabbage. Now chop Onion, Tomato, Bell peppers and tofu into small pieces and add into a big bowl. Now add salt and Black Pepper Powder according to your taste. Mix all the veggies with a spoon or spatula. Now add 2-3 Table spoon (Tbsp)  of Mayonnaise and tomato ketchup. Mix it Properly and garnish it with fresh Coriander and serve it.

White Sauce Pasta

Hi Guys, This is the first Blog I am sharing on Well, first of all, I am giving you an introduction about myself. I am Nikhil and I am a Civil Engineering graduate and structure Designer. I am not a chef I am just a man who loves cooking food. Today I am cooking white Sauce Pasta. As you all know Pasta is an Italian Dish. It’s a cheesy and creamy light salted recipe.

So here are the Ingredients

1. Vegetables

• Capsicum

• Mushrooms

• Onions

• Cabbage

• Garlic (1-2 Clove)

2. Butter

3. Cheese

4. Milk

5. Refined Flour ( Maida )

6. Salt

7. Black Pepper

8. Chilli Flakes

9. Oregano


Boil one bowl of Pasta (Penny) or ( Macaroni ) any other what you have, Boil some water add 1 tablespoon (tbsp) and 1tbsp oil in water and boil it now add Pasta (Macaroni). Boil it for 10 to 12 Minutes. On the other side Cook some veggies in Pan. After Boiling strain the water from pan and add cold water to stop further cooking. Now took the pasta in bowl apply some oil.


Add Butter in a pan and cut 1-2 Cloves in small pieces and cook garlic till it gets brown. Now add veggies Onion, Capsicum, Cabbage and mushrooms and cook in butter. Don’t overcook the veggies. Maintain the crunchy taste of veggies. Add salt and Black Pepper and chilli flakes and Oregano and done it.

White Sauce

Add 2 – 3 tbsp Butter in a pan and heat it. Now add 2 tbsp of Refined Flour and cook it. Don’t overcook the flour and do one thing continuously mix it so that lumps are not formed in it. Now add One cup of Milk in it and mix till it starts boiling. When milk starts Boiling add 2 slices of Cheese in it and mix it well that a creamy texture is formed. Add chilli flakes and oregano. Now add pasta in cream and veggies and have a good mix to it and Serve. Hope You Like the Recipe. Do Try this.

Veg-Mayo Sandwich

Hello Foodies, I hope you all well and Good. Last day I have shared a recipe hope you try it and like it. So today I am sharing a simple and common recipe that is Veg- Mayo Sandwich. I tried it at home. So basically it’s a vegetarian recipe or its good to say it’s a vegetarian Mayonnaise Cold Sandwich.

So let’s start the preparation of the sandwich. Here is the list of Ingredients.
1. Vegetables
• Capsicum – 1/2 piece
• Cabbage – 1/4 piece
• Onion – 1/2 piece
• Tomato – 1/2 piece
• Carrot – 1 carrot
You can use cucumber, lettuce or any other cabbage (Purple cabbage).
2. Mayonnaise

( white or Sandwich spread) 3-4 tbsp

3. Bread

( whole wheat or White bread ) 6-8 slices

4. Salt & Black Pepper

( Acc. To Taste)

As you can change the quantity of material According to you and Your Members.
  1. Cut the capsicum, Onion, Tomato into small Pieces.
  2. Grate the carrot and cabbage.
  3. Add this into a bowl.
  4. Add salt and Black pepper according to your Taste.
  5. Now add 3-4 tbsp of Mayonnaise or sandwich spread in it and mix it properly.
  6. Now your Material is ready to spread on Bread slices. Cut the sides of Bread.
  7. Spread this Material on both slices. Place it on one another and cut into triangular pieces. It’s easy, Super easy and Tasty recipe.
