Hope you all good, so are you excited for another recipe? Yeah! I am sharing you another recipe that I tried yesterday. That is Veggie Cheese Sandwich. It’s simple, tasty, and easy to make on weekends. So let’s go.
Here’s the list of Ingredients.
2. Red Cabbage
3. Bell Peppers
6. Sandwich Spread
7. Amul Fresh cream
9. Black pepper Powder
10. Red chilli (acc. to your Taste)
First of Finely chop all the vegetables and add into a bowl now add 2-3 spoons of Sandwich Spread (You can use Mayonnaise also).
Now add fresh cream ( This is optional )
Now add salt, black pepper powder acc. To taste. Mix it well.
Now Heat the pan and start spreading material on bread slices and grate cheese on bread slices. Put the bread slice in the pan and cover it with a lid so that cheese melts properly. Now take another bread slice and grate cheese on it Put this bread slice on another slice which is in the pan. Cook the bread slice from both sides properly. You can apply butter if you want. Now when the sandwich is properly cooked cut into a triangular shape and serve it with tomato ketchup and green Sauce. You can add chilli sauce if you like spicy food.
